At quarter end, the city pool is split equally across active hosts in the city. Paid straight to your bank via Stripe. No admin work on your side.
Direct upsells stay with the host
Extra nights, late check-out, parking, room service or anything else guests buy through HeyConcierge directly is paid straight to the host who owns the property. Those bookings never enter the city dividend pool.
